Overview
An autonomous robot must start at a designated point, avoid static (and sometimes moving) obstacles, and reach the finish zone. Sensors such as ultrasonic, IR, or LiDAR are commonly used. The fastest clean run or best score wins.
Rules
- •Robot must be fully autonomous; no remote control during the run.
- •Obstacle layout may be revealed before the run or kept partial; no physical modification of the arena.
- •Touching obstacles may incur time penalties or disqualification as per rules.
- •Robot must fit within specified dimensions and weight.
