Registration cancellations must be requested in writing (email) to mechastra.org@gmail.com. Please quote your registration ID.
Refund policy: Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the deadline mentioned at the time of registration. Typically, a full or partial refund may be available if cancelled before the stated cutoff date.
After the cutoff date, no refunds may be offered. Event-specific terms will be communicated at registration.
If Mechastra cancels or postpones an event, participants will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date, as applicable.
Force majeure: In case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government orders), our cancellation and refund policy may be adjusted; updates will be communicated to registered participants.
