By registering for or participating in any Mechastra event, programme, or challenge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: You must meet the age, team, and category requirements specified for each event. False information may lead to disqualification.
Conduct: All participants must follow event rules, respect referees and other participants, and refrain from unsportsmanlike or harmful behaviour. Violations may result in disqualification or ban.
Intellectual property: Mechastra and its partners retain rights to event content, branding, and media. By participating, you may be featured in photos/videos for promotional use unless you opt out in writing.
Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Mechastra is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property except where required by law.
Changes: Mechastra reserves the right to modify event rules, dates, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants where possible.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
