Visa Information

What international participants need to know before travelling to India for Mechastra events

1Do you need a visa?

Participants travelling from outside India may require a visa to enter the country for Mechastra events. Visa requirements depend on your nationality.

Citizens of some countries can use e-Visa or visa-on-arrival schemes. Always check the latest rules on the official Government of India visa portal and with your nearest Indian embassy or consulate.

Apply well in advance

We strongly recommend applying for your visa at least 4–8 weeks before your planned travel date. Processing times vary by country and season.

Late applications may not be processed in time. Mechastra cannot expedite visa processing.
